Hard on the heels of his Toys 'R Us deal, the unflappable Bruce Eichner is bringing time-shares to Midtown Manhattan. He expects to complete the of an approximately 1,000 room hotel by September and split it into two pieces, with the lower rooms reserved for the hotel and the upper, more elegant portion as time shares.
